Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Service Manager at Tasca Toyota of Boston, located in Dorchester, MA. The Assistant Service Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with service advisors and technicians, handle customer service inquiries, manage schedules, ensure quality control, and assist in maintaining efficient workflow within the service department. The Assistant Service Manager is also responsible for addressing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the achievement of departmental goals. Potential $100,000 + per year, 401K, Health, Dental, Vision insurance.
