You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience. Skills: • Strong communication capabilities play a vital role in actively involving and connecting with patrons • The capacity to analyze situations and choose actions that optimize guest satisfaction is vital in hospitality • Versatility in accommodating various guest preferences and demands • Skill in marketing and vending store advantages and services Responsibilities: • Deliver superb customer service by adhering to predetermined service protocols • Interact with visitors in a pleasant and sincere manner • Rapidly analyze what guests need and adapt your interactions appropriately • Support visitors by imparting knowledge about merchandise and providing assistance in resolving issues • Confirm the swift and accurate execution of scanning, bagging, and payment procedures • Strive to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in your workspace • Share details about discounts, new releases, and store events with guests • Inspire patrons to enroll in loyalty schemes and to potentially acquire store credit cards • Assist individuals in utilizing digital tools effectively, such as the store app and internet-based functionalities • Execute returns in accordance with store regulations to meet customer expectations • Improve the efficiency of handling order pickups, drive-up arrangements, and transactions related to gift registry items • Handle guest concerns effectively and peacefully, ensuring adherence to store policies • Confirm that regulated products are compliant with the legislation at the federal, state, and local levels • Aid in the smooth functioning of the store operations according to the demands of the business Additional Skills: • Being able to handle numerous tasks at once while also giving careful consideration to details is a key competency • Taking solace in educating visitors about products and services offered • Quick adoption of emerging technology and digital solutions • Demonstrating the proficiency to work individually and in concert with team members Job Requirements: • Effective cash handling techniques and precise register operations • Skill in working in outdoor settings regardless of the weather conditions • Consistently moving and carrying goods that weigh up to 15 lbs, with intermittent lifting requirements for items weighing up to 40 lbs • Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays About Target Being a member of our team means taking on an essential role in our worldwide logistics and inventory processes.
