Roles and Duties: • Comply with all safety measures and regulations for a secure workplace setting. • Enroll in safety training courses to develop the skills necessary for success in a fast-paced warehouse environment. • Prepare, transport, and deliver goods to retail outlets and clients. • Safeguard the accurate processing of products for retail distribution and client deliveries. • Facilitate efficient transportation of goods and enhance inventory management within the warehouse. • Ensure that your workspace is clean, organized, and clutter-free. • Arrive promptly for work and ensure that tasks are finished with precision and within the set timeframe. • Collaborate in problem-solving activities to bolster ongoing operational improvements. • Exhibit a supportive and considerate demeanor while operating autonomously or in a team setting. Requirements: • Expected to frequently move and lift merchandise weighing between 35 to 50 lbs. • Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs. • Capability to remain upright, move, exert force, crouch, flex, and extend during work hours. • Maintain a cheerful and competent attitude in both team settings and individual responsibilities. • Fundamental numerical operations, such as counting, addition, and subtraction. • Competence in accurately comprehending and interpreting information provided on labels, tickets, and other product-related paperwork. • Use computer systems or mobile devices independently following proper training without constant oversight. • Skillful at conveying messages verbally and in writing. • Skill in comprehending, speaking, and reading English to follow safety instructions, guidelines, and policies effectively. Additional Requirements: • Capable of participating in training programs and handling powered equipment cautiously (such as Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift). • Proficient in completing tasks at heights of up to 40 feet whenever necessary. • Capable of performing tasks in environments with controlled temperatures, such as refrigerated and frozen areas, for prolonged durations.
