Roles and Duties: • Ensure a secure work environment by following all safety policies and procedures. • Enroll in safety training sessions to acquire the necessary skills for efficient operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment. • Wrap, transport, and send merchandise to customers and retail establishments. • Guarantee the precise handling of merchandise for store distribution and guest deliveries. • Efficiently maneuver freight and enhance inventory circulation within the warehouse. • Create and uphold a workspace that is neat, organized, and devoid of clutter. • Ensure timely arrival at work and accurately fulfill assigned responsibilities within the specified deadlines. • Assist in problem-solving processes to underpin continuous operational advancements. • Demonstrate a constructive and gracious mindset while engaging in individual tasks or teamwork. Requirements: • Required to frequently lift and convey products that range from 35 to 50 pounds in weight. • Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs. • Competence in standing, strolling, pressing, tugging, crouching, bending, and extending throughout shifts. • Keep a proactive and capable attitude while engaged in group work or working autonomously. • Primary mathematical aptitudes, which include counting, addition, and subtraction. • Capability to effectively read and understand labels, tickets, and other forms of product documentation accurately. • Successfully navigate computer systems or mobile devices independently following the completion of training. • Expertise in verbal and written communication proficiency. • Capability in comprehending, speaking, and reading English to adhere to safety guidelines, policies, and directions. Additional Requirements: • Qualified to undergo training and handle powered equipment with care and expertise (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift). • Confident in performing duties at elevated levels of up to 40 feet as and when required. • Adaptable to working for extended durations in temperature-controlled surroundings, such as refrigerators and freezers.
