Roles and Duties: • Uphold all safety regulations and procedures to ensure workplace security. • Enroll in safety training sessions to acquire the necessary skills for efficient operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment. • Package, transfer, and distribute goods to both customers and stores. • Ensure the meticulous handling of goods for store shipment and guest drop-offs. • Manage the transportation of goods and streamline inventory flow within the warehouse. • Keep your workspace neat, arranged, and free of any disorder. • Be prompt in reporting to work and completing assigned tasks with accuracy and within the scheduled timeframe. • Assist in problem-solving processes to underpin continuous operational advancements. • Display a positive and respectful conduct when functioning independently or as a part of a team. Requirements: • Able to routinely carry and transport items with weights falling within the range of 35-50 lbs. • Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs. • Capability to uphold a standing posture, move around, apply force, pull, squat, bend, and extend during shifts. • Display an optimistic and proficient approach when participating in group projects or working alone. • Fundamental mathematical abilities, such as counting, adding, and subtracting. • Proficient in understanding and interpreting labels, tickets, and other forms of product documentation correctly. • Operate computer systems or handheld devices independently and effectively once adequately trained. • Expertise in verbal and written communication proficiency. • Proficiency in grasping, articulating in, and interpreting English to comply with safety guidelines, policies, and directives. Additional Requirements: • Experienced in undergoing training and using powered equipment securely (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift). • Confident in performing duties at elevated levels of up to 40 feet as and when required. • Demonstrates the ability to work for prolonged periods in environments where temperatures are regulated, like refrigerated and frozen areas.
