Roles and Duties: • Abide by all safety rules and procedures to guarantee a secure workplace. • Joining safety training sessions will help you adapt to the demands of a high-paced warehouse setting more effectively. • Arrange, transport, and dispatch items for delivery to customers and retail locations. • Ensure the accurate processing of goods for store distribution and client deliveries. • Facilitate the movement of freight and optimize inventory operations within the warehouse. • Keep your work area clean, organized, and free from any unnecessary mess. • Report to work on time and finalize assigned duties with precision and within the designated timeline. • Play a role in problem-solving endeavors to sustain operational enhancements. • Exhibit a favorable and considerate behavior when working autonomously or in a team environment. Requirements: • Responsible for regularly moving and handling goods that weigh 35-50 lbs. • Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs. • Capacity to stand, walk, exert pressure, tug, crouch, incline, and extend over the course of shifts. • Retain a constructive and professional mindset during teamwork or individual assignments. • Foundational numerical skills, which encompass counting, addition, and subtraction. • Skill in accurately interpreting and understanding labels, tickets, and other product documentation. • Utilize computer systems or portable devices proficiently without the need for constant supervision post-training. • Competence in articulating ideas through speech and writing. • Proficiency in comprehending, communicating in, and interpreting English to abide by safety rules, procedures, and directives. Additional Requirements: • Skilled in participating in training sessions and operating motorized equipment in a safe manner (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift). • Capable of carrying out responsibilities at heights reaching up to 40 feet when needed. • Proficient in conducting duties for prolonged periods within environments that are temperature-controlled, like refrigerators and freezers.
