About Us Tape Providers is a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, warehouse supplies, and packaging materials. As we continue to scale our operations and expand into new product lines, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Staff Accountant & Office Manager to strengthen our financial operations and support daily office administration. This is a hybrid role combining accounting (70%) with office/HR administration (30%). Ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, improving processes, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. -- Key Responsibilities: Accounting (70%) • Daily bookkeeping inside NetSuite • Accounts Payable (AP): vendor bills, freight invoices, reconciliations • Accounts Receivable (AR): collections support, customer statements • Credit memos, adjustments, and reporting • Inventory accounting: costing, adjustments, COGS accuracy • Month-end close preparation • Bank reconciliations (daily/weekly/monthly) • Assist CPA with tax preparation • Inventory forecasting support • Preparation of financial reports (monthly/annually) • Maintain an organized, timely, and accurate financial record system Office Management & Administration (30%) • Manage office supplies, phones, email accounts, and general office systems • HR administration: onboarding, new employee paperwork, PTO tracking • Recruiting coordination for warehouse and office positions • Coordinate company meetings, calendars, and events • Vendor management: internet, utilities, insurance, etc. • Assist VP of Operations with administrative tasks • Maintain a clean, well-organized office environment Qualifications • 3–7 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience • 2+ years working with NetSuite (mandatory) • Experience in product-based companies with inventory • Strong understanding of AP, AR, inventory, and financial reporting • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong Excel skills • Excellent communication skills • Bilingual in English & Spanish • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company • Must be comfortable working on-site (no remote options) Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $62,000–$78,000 (depending on experience) • Performance bonus: 5–10% annually • Health insurance contribution (50% employer-paid) • PTO: 5-15 days + 11 paid holidays • Parking included • Professional development reimbursement ($300–$500 annually) • NetSuite training reimbursement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
