🌟 We're Hiring: Circular Supply Chain Analyst! 🌟 We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Circular Supply Chain Analyst to optimize our sustainable supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for circular economy principles and the ability to analyze complex data to drive efficiency and sustainability in our supply chain processes. Location: One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ or Fort Worth is an option as well Working Model: can be home or hybrid 2 days a week for hybrid are possible What You'll Do • Sells certified pre-owned product (CPO) directly to consumers through platforms like Ebay. Product comes into our reverse DCs, inventory is managed in SAP ECC (wSAP) and orders and returns flow through an aggregator system called Rithum. The Data & Enablement team needs help supporting this process. • Provide production support to systems used by the monetization team • As needed, support system transitions and implementations MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important) • Production support experience • SAP ECC/ S4 HANA experience • Experience with Rithum or similar application • Supply chain process improvement • Work with Business systems, IT, Operations, and 3PLs Desired Skills • Defect resolution management • System troubleshooting • Knowledge of circular or reverse supply chain • Experience with direct to consumer marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay, BackMarket, etc • Assesses circumstances and uses analytical and problem solving techniques to identify root cause. Resolve and assess a wide range of issues and suggest variations in approach • QA/UAT experience • Ability to communicate complex technical problems or solutions to the business Education/Certifications • Undergraduate degree Experience • 3-5 years related to the job Ready to make an impact? 🚀 Apply now and let's build a sustainable future together!
