Office Manager Location: Kent, WA Employment Type: Part-Time Salary: Based on experience We’re seeking a detail-driven Office Manager who’s ready to take on a dynamic role supporting our daily operations and assisting the owner directly. If you're highly organized, discreet, and Microsoft proficent, this opportunity puts you at the core of the team. Proficiency in the Office Suite and QuickBooks is essential for this role, ensuring you can efficiently manage documents, spreadsheets, and financial records. Strong familiarity with these tools will help streamline office workflows and support critical accounting tasks. Office Management: • Keep daily office operations running smoothly • Manage inventory, vendors, and office logistics • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events • Track expenses and maintain records using Microsoft Excel • Handle communications and greet visitors with professionalism • Process payroll accurately and manage employee hiring procedures – working with a outside payroll company. • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials—often using Excel Personal Assistant Support: • Oversee the owner’s calendar, appointments, and email correspondence • Communicate with internal and external contacts on the owner's behalf • Assist with errands or personal scheduling as needed • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion Requirements • Prior experience in office management or executive assistance • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, tracking tools) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities independently • Dependable, proactive, and professional Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
