A recognized services organization in Westchester County NY is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support technology leadership and oversee daily office and business operations. About the opportunity: • Start Date: ASAP • Assignment Length: 3 to 6 months • Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence • Prepare agendas, capture notes, and share actionable summaries • Anticipate executive needs and align priorities across teams • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment • Oversee daily office operations for efficiency and professionalism • Act as primary contact for building management, vendors, and partners • Handle supplies, equipment, contracts, and expense processing • Support onboarding and cross-functional coordination • Implement workflow improvements and keep operations structured for growth Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in an Office Management, Executive Support, and/or Operations role • High School Diploma / GED • Proficient with Office software, Scheduling tools, and Admin systems • Microsoft Office proficient • Solid problem solving and time management skills • Exceptional phone etiquette • Great interpersonal skills • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong attention to detail • Highly organized • Able to multiask efficiently and effectively Desired Skills: • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
