Opportunity Overview Talley Law Group is seeking a Kansas-licensed Estate Planning Attorney to assist with a short-term consulting engagement. This role involves reviewing an existing estate plan for a client with Kansas interests to ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and alignment with current Kansas statutes and best practices. Key Responsibilities Review estate planning documents for compliance with Kansas law Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or compliance concerns Provide recommendations and suggested revisions where necessary Collaborate with Talley Law Group attorneys to ensure alignment with client objectives Deliver clear written feedback within agreed timelines Qualifications Active license to practice law in Kansas (required) Demonstrated experience in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies Familiarity with Kansas estate, probate, and trust laws Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to provide timely, practical, and actionable guidance Prior consulting or advisory experience is a plus Engagement Details Remote, flexible engagement Defined short-term scope with potential for future consulting work Start date: As soon as available How to Apply If you are a Kansas-licensed estate planning attorney interested in consulting on this engagement, please submit your resume and a brief summary of your relevant experience.
