Job Description: • Oversee full life cycle recruiting process for our Strategic Partnerships team, from outreach to offer, attracting talent who will help us grow and expand access to care. • Get creative with sourcing, finding and engaging people who connect with our mission and want to be part of something meaningful. • Collaborate with hiring teams, understanding their goals, challenges, and the kind of talent that helps their teams thrive. • Stay close to the business and build a deep understanding of how our Partnerships team operates; how they develop new relationships, support existing ones, and ultimately help more patients access mental health care. • Leverage hiring data and feedback to spot trends, remove friction, and refine how we attract and engage top talent. Requirements: • At least 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on GTM, Sales, Business Development, or other client-facing roles. • Have a track record of building strong partnerships with hiring managers and leaders — you’re seen as a trusted advisor, not just a recruiter. • Know how to source and engage talent proactively, not just through inbound applications. • Value candidate experience, ensuring our candidates are well-informed, respected, and engaged throughout the process- interviewing can be nerve wracking! Let’s ensure this is a positive experience for everyone involved. • Feel comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities can shift and processes are still being shaped. • Are curious, organized, and data-driven with the ability to pick things up quickly, and adapt. • Although this is a contract role to start, we are looking for someone who is looking to make a long-term commitment with regularly scheduled business hours (min 35 hours a week).
