Maintain inventory accuracy through physical and systematic reconciliation, analyze data and transactions, conduct cycle counts, and report inventory discrepancies.
High school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug screen and background check, and stable work history.
Summary • Provide system support for Operations and maintain inventory accuracy (physical and systematic) • Reconciliation of physical and systematic inventory. • Analyze data and transactions in different information systems (Excel, SAP-EWM, GEMS, among others). • Conduct daily production write on and cycle counts. • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy, both physically and systematically. • Track multiple departmental responsibilities, such as blocked bins/pallets, scrap, partial consumption (rework), loss damage reports, etc. Report any type of problems with each area (Inbound, Outbound, P&S and S&D) Carry out daily inventory reports, such as Product Distribution Report (PDR), Good Issues, Daily Operations Presentation, CSV files, Write on / off, among others. • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
