Director of Revenue (Remote – United States) About TalentPop Headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA, TalentPop is a fast-growing startup helping leading eCommerce brands deliver world-class customer experiences. We partner with over 750 of the fastest-growing eCommerce companies — including True Classic, CorePower Yoga, and Liquid I.V. — to provide a white-glove solution to their customer experience and marketing needs. We’re now looking for a Director of Revenue to own and grow our top-line revenue by leading our Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management functions. Your Mission As the Director of Revenue, you’ll oversee the full customer acquisition and expansion engine across multiple revenue channels. You’ll lead a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, Partnership Managers, and SDRs — ensuring each function exceeds its targets and operates as one cohesive growth team. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Growth teams to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, implement scalable strategies, and build meaningful partnerships with agencies, tech providers, and eCommerce consultants. Key Responsibilities • Own company-wide acquisition and expansion revenue goals, reporting directly to one of the Co-Founders. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 Account Executives, 2 Partner Managers, 2 Account Managers, and 10 SDRs. • Build and refine TalentPop’s go-to-market strategy across direct sales, partnerships, and account expansion. • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead flow, campaign performance, and conversion rates. • Oversee Account Management playbooks to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives. • Strengthen B2B partnerships that deliver consistent, qualified pipeline. • Review team calls and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching. • Implement performance tracking and forecasting systems to measure success across all revenue channels. • Represent TalentPop at select in-person industry events to help drive up-market opportunities. Who You Are • 5+ years in B2B sales leadership, ideally within eCommerce, SaaS, or service-based industries. • Proven success leading multi-function revenue teams (Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management). • Track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets. • Strong leadership and people-development skills; experienced in managing both managers and individual contributors. • Highly data-driven, with strong forecasting and pipeline management expertise. • Excellent communicator with the ability to build long-term relationships both internally and externally. • Experience building scalable sales and partnership processes from the ground up. • Bonus: background in sales operations, enablement, or automation tools.
