Overview: Talento HC is partnering with a leading travel and hospitality company to hire a Senior Software Engineer with strong Full Stack development experience, particularly in .NET and React/Next.js. This role involves collaboration across IT, marketing, sales, and operations teams to build and maintain robust web applications that align with strategic business goals. ✅ Key Responsibilities • Full-stack development using .NET Core on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend. • Design and maintain RESTful APIs. • Deliver responsive and modern UIs. • Collaborate across teams (Product, Design, Engineering). • Participate in code reviews and agile processes. • Focus on performance optimization and security best practices. • Maintain clean, well-documented code. • Work on CI/CD pipelines and testing automation. 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years in software development. • Expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core. • Proficient with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Experience with SQL Server or similar RDBMS. • Solid frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. • Comfortable with Git, REST APIs, and design patterns. • Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) workflows. 🌟 Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications • Experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud services. • Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data. • Testing experience with xUnit, Jest, or similar tools. • Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes. • Experience in CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. • Knowledge of security and performance optimization. W2 - $50-65 PH - Up to $165K Base after 3 months DOE
