Talento Search Group has an opening for a Warehouse/Logistics Manager in the Katy, Texas area. This is a direct-hire position. Duties & Responsibilities: • Coordinate the activities of the warehouse including action plans, production standards, quality standards, and resolving problems • Supervise employees and temp workers • Install procedures, systems, and controls throughout the facility • Prepare monthly reporting • Manage warehouse design including layout, material handling systems, and recommending new equipment • Analyze workflow, manpower, space requirements, and layout • Generate KPI reports • Ensure quality and safety procedures are being followed Experience Needed: • At least 5 years in warehouse and logistics supervision • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain is preferred • Knowledge of quality and safety guidelines in warehousing • Experience with inventory management and bar scanners • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish About Talento Search Group: Talento Search Group is an executive-search firm servicing the manufacturing and logistics companies nationwide.
