About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and procurement for mission-critical power systems supporting AI and hyperscale data center clients. In this role, you will act as a key link between global manufacturing teams and U.S.-based assembly partners, ensuring seamless execution across sourcing, production, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement • Manage relationships with engine OEMs and component suppliers • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and service agreements • Drive cost optimization and supplier performance (OTD, Quality, Cost) Plant & Assembly Oversight • Conduct on-site audits of assembly partners (genset packaging facilities) • Verify BOM, mechanical integrity, and quality standards • Troubleshoot production and fitment issues with engineering teams Supply Chain Execution • Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) • Track global shipments and coordinate logistics (international + domestic) • Ensure timely delivery of critical components (engines, alternators) 🔹 Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field • 5–8 years of experience in power generation / heavy equipment / manufacturing sourcing • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) • Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand genset components • Knowledge of Incoterms (DDP, EXW) and global logistics • Strong negotiation and cost management skills (TCO, should-cost analysis)
