Job Title: VP of Revenue Operations Location: On Site – Newport Beach, CA Salary: $180,000–$250,000 + Bonus + Stock Skills: Director of VP, Revenue Operations, Merchant-Focused Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Leadership, E-commerce/Retail Partnerships, SMB SaaS About the Company / Opportunity: Join a leading e-commerce acceleration platform driving AI innovation and global marketplace expansion. The company is transforming how brands scale across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, ETC. You’ll play a key role in helping merchants streamline operations, expand reach, and increase revenue. The company values entrepreneurial energy, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. Do you enjoy managing merchants and brands? Do you have experience selling, onboarding, and supporting tools that improve e-commerce operations? This is your chance to make a direct impact. Responsibilities: • Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing merchant relationships • Lead the adoption and integration of company solutions into merchant operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure merchant success • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence in key markets • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team focused on revenue and growth Must-Have Skills: • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce merchants or brand partnerships, or merchant acquisition experience (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce) • Strong background in revenue operations, sales, and growth leadership in SMB SaaS • Ability to understand product integrations and communicate value to merchants • Proven GTM experience selling and onboarding merchants/brands • Experience selling and supporting SaaS or tech tools for merchants Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with AI, SaaS, or other high-growth tech solutions • Exposure to international markets or global sales expansion • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environments
