About the Role We’re seeking a growth-focused Senior Operations Manager with proven leadership experience in high-performance Sales, Marketing, or GTM (Go-To-Market) environments. This isn’t your typical process-heavy Ops role — it’s a hands-on, data-driven, strategic operator position focused on aligning remote teams, driving execution, and removing friction between Product, GTM, and Customer Success functions to accelerate growth. You’ll own the operational backbone of the business, ensuring cross-functional alignment, accountability, and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Operations Enablement • Lead daily operations to ensure seamless execution across teams. • Build, manage, and optimize workflows, systems, and processes powering our GTM engine. • Own project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Identify operational risks and implement proactive solutions. • Run the company’s operating rhythm: scorecards, weekly accountability syncs, and sprint cycles. • Keep every team aligned on priorities, ownership, and metrics. • Inspire and energize teams as a trusted partner across functions. • Own tooling decisions for project management, reporting, documentation, and execution. • Continuously streamline and simplify operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as a trusted operator to the CEO and leadership team. • Break silos between Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Serve as the cultural glue keeping remote teams energized, focused, and aligned. Data-Driven Decision Support • Turn raw data into actionable insights and dashboards. • Identify key metrics for strategic decision-making. • Use data to shape operational strategies and uncover growth opportunities. Strategic Planning & Leadership • Drive clarity and focus across the organization. • Stay ahead of GTM trends and opportunities. • Enable long-term, sustainable growth through operational excellence. Required Skills & Experience • 5–10+ years in senior leadership roles within high-growth or remote-first organizations. • Proven ability to scale distributed, async-first teams. • Strong background in Operations, Strategy Execution, and Organizational Alignment. • Deep experience in GTM, retention, or lifecycle operations. • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes. • Systems thinker who thrives on structure, clarity, and efficiency. • Obsession with execution — no fluff, just results.
