They are a stable, high-volume player looking for a serious operator to join their ranks. The Role Mobidea has firmly established itself with several exclusive Nutra offers, and they are now looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of this vertical. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a builder and a scaler. You will be accountable for the entire affiliate channel for Nutra offers, specifically focusing on Straight Sale and/or COD (Cash on Delivery) models. Your mission is to recruit profitable partners, negotiate high-level deals, break into new geos, and rigorously improve unit economics (EPC, CPA, approval rates). What You’ll Do Build & Scale: Drive affiliate growth for Nutra across key geos. You won’t just manage existing traffic; you will build the pipeline. Recruit & Activate: Hunt and onboard top-tier affiliates, publishers, media buying teams, and networks. You are expected to bring an existing book of relationships and expand it aggressively. Commercial Negotiation: Define terms that work (CPA/CPL/Hybrid), manage caps, payment cycles, and exclusivity agreements. Launch & Optimize: Collaborate with internal product/ops teams to refine angles, funnels, landers, and creatives. Performance Management: Own the numbers. Monitor EPC, CR, AOV, CPA, and ROI. You must be quick to scale winners and cut losers. Tracking & Attribution: Ensure pristine technical setups (S2S postbacks, subIDs). You will troubleshoot discrepancies and protect the network against fraud. Reporting: Maintain a clear view of your pipeline, active partners, and profitability forecasts for leadership. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 4+ years in affiliate management or partner growth, with deep, specific experience in Nutra. Network: You have existing, active relationships with top Nutra affiliates and relevant networks. Proven Results: Direct success with Nutra Straight Sale and/or COD offers. We are looking for actual results, not just "exposure" to the vertical. Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to source, sign, and scale affiliates profitably (be prepared to discuss revenue/volume examples). Technical Savvy: Comfortable with tracking platforms (Voluum, RedTrack, Binom/Keitaro) and fundamentals like pixels, postbacks, and click IDs. Language: Professional English is required. Location: Based in Europe or overlapping time zones, with the ability to travel to Portugal for a few days each month for team alignment. Nice to Have Experience specifically scaling COD funnels. Additional languages (Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Polish, etc.). Strong knowledge of Nutra compliance (ad policies, claims discipline, GDPR). What Success Looks Like First 30 Days: You have built a clear recruitment target list and launched initial partner tests with clean tracking. First 60–90 Days: You have established a consistent flow of new Nutra affiliates and scaled winning campaigns with stable ROI. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary + Performance-based commission/bonus (aligned to profit/revenue). Travel Covered: All costs for monthly trips to the HQ in Portugal are covered by the company. Exact package depends on your seniority and track record.
