About Blexr Blexr is a performance marketing company specializing in high-quality traffic generation for global iGaming and betting brands. We operate at scale, combining advanced media buying strategies with deep industry expertise. Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize media buying campaigns across Facebook and other traffic sources. Manage advertising budgets ($30–40k+ monthly) with full accountability for spend and ROI. Create, test, and scale ad creatives to maximize conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring traffic quality and compliance with advertiser KPIs. Collaborate with internal BizDev, affiliate, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with business goals. Research new GEOs, verticals, and traffic opportunities. Report results and provide actionable insights to management. Requirements: 1–2+ years of experience in gambling/betting media buying, with a proven track record. Strong expertise in Facebook Ads (other sources a plus). Hands-on experience managing budgets starting from $30–40k+ per month. Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and optimization methods. Experience with Tier-1 GEOs strongly preferred. Understanding of compliance specifics within the iGaming vertical.
