Full Description

Blexr is a performance marketing company specializing in building and scaling high-traffic affiliate websites and delivering high-quality leads to some of the world’s leading operators in the iGaming and betting industry. Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard key partners and brands in the gambling/betting niche. Negotiate and close deals on favorable terms for the company. Maintain and grow a strong portfolio of advertisers and partners, ensuring long-term cooperation. Monitor traffic quality, KPIs, payouts, holds, and chargebacks; provide data-driven reporting to management. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities. Work closely with affiliate and media buying teams to launch initiatives that scale traffic and increase ROI. Optimize partnership performance through regular review and renegotiation. Represent Blexr at international affiliate and iGaming events, building new connections and strengthening the company’s brand. Requirements: 1–2+ years of proven success in affiliate marketing, specifically within the gambling/betting sector. Track record of closing major deals and building long-term partnerships. Existing database of advertisers and partners, including personal agreements and exclusive conditions. Strong understanding of traffic sources and optimization strategies. Solid knowledge of pricing models: CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee. Experience across multiple GEOs, with Tier-1 markets as a plus. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
