Demetra Media – is a performance marketing agency leading the industry for over 5 years! Specializing in traffic acquisition, we are now venturing into building a robust affiliate network. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to act as a hunter in the field: attending conferences, closing deals, and bringing in new advertisers and affiliates. This is a highly visible role directly driving company revenue. Key Responsibilities Acquire new partners (advertisers and affiliates) and onboard them into the network Negotiate deals including budgets, rates, and monthly caps Represent the company at major conferences and industry events Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and deal-making Transfer signed partners to account managers for long-term management Requirements 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or bizdev (advertisers/affiliates) Strong negotiation and networking skills; proven track record of closing deals Experience with CPA and affiliate payment models Existing partner base in Dating / Mainstream is a strong plus High energy, self-driven, can-do personality Upper-Intermediate+ English We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based commission High visibility role with direct impact on growth Travel to international conferences and business events
