What will you do around here? Assist with the creation of a search strategy (including a comprehensive target company list and candidate archetypes) with client-side researchers Execute rigorous desk research on a search strategy for specific roles and projects Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice Provide excellent client experience, partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event support We'd love to chat with you if you have: Exeutive Recruiting experience, in either in an agency or in-house setting Experience supporting senior engineering and product hiring Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with recruitment analysis and research Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated Technical educational background What's in it for you?
