5-7 years of software sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and energy sector, with 3+ years leading sales teams and a strong record in new logo acquisition.
We are partnering with a fast-growing software company in the energy space to find an Account Executive Leader to head their team of 5 members. The position offers remote flexibility, provided you are comfortable with travel requirements of up to 50%. This person will lead a group of Account Executives to win new enterprise clients. This role is for a strategic thinker with a strong record in software sales, especially B2B SaaS. You will drive new logo growth, build senior relationships, and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to close. Qualifications • 5–7 years in software sales, preferably B2B SaaS • Ideally experience selling into oil and gas, or a background in energy. • 3+ years leading sales teams with proven coaching and performance results • Strong record in new logo acquisition and complex deal cycles Key Responsibilities • Lead a team of Account Executives to build and execute plans to identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and work with marketing and SDR teams • Coach Account Executives through discovery meetings and tailored solution presentations • Oversee and support negotiation of complex deals, including pricing, terms, and contract structure • Work with product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff and client success Benefits: - Pay up to 190,000 base, double OTE – depending on your experience - Comprehensive benefits package (like paid health insurance, and a 401(k) plan) -Remote Role
