3+ years full life cycle recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS and recruitment marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills, French language fluency, and familiarity with AI/chatbot recruitment tools.
Job Title: Recruiter – Contract Recruiter Location: Remote –Framingham MA (Supporting roles in Canada, including bilingual needs) Shift: (40 hours/week, no overtime) Duration: 1 month contract Required: Bilingual: Fluent in French or ideally, French Canadian Job Summary: Provide recruiting support with hiring Promotional Products, including positions in Canada. You will be responsible for supporting all elements of recruitment including: • Sourcing • Qualifying candidates • Interviewing • Negotiation of offers • In some instances, making the hiring decisions for direct hire roles You will utilize different technology and social platforms to help identify ideal candidates for open positions. This role includes close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure we secure the right talent. Depending upon the roles you support, you could be supporting both full-time and temporary staffing needs. You may also focus on specific elements of the recruiting process at different times. We use a team approach to hiring, so you will always be challenged in your assignments. In this role, you must understand what it means to nurture relationships and actively communicate with candidates throughout the process.
