Admin Support Specialist 100% REMOTE looking for someone in the New England area, preferably MA or CT who can go into the office from time to time 20 hours a week Pay Rate- $22/hr. 6-month Temp contract with potential of converting to full time employment with Hanover. We are actively seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join their Technical Services team on a temp basis working remotely. however Position Overview/Summary: Provide administrative support for the Innovation Analyst, responsible for effectively and accurately maintaining monthly reporting, handling internal/external correspondence and other assigned projects. Administrative duties including an Intermediate level knowledge of Excel to perform the following: Pivot tables, V lookups, Pie Charts, Formulas, Auto Sum, Add drop down menus, along w/ any additional knowledge. Plus knowledge of PowerBI to generate reports is helpful. Training will be available for the right candidate. Organized and able to communicate effectively while producing the work in a timely manner plus has a good understanding of deadlines. The position is remote however you would like someone in the New England area preferably MA or CT to be able to go on-site from time to time (If they would do Hybrid that would be even better.) Candidates should have some Insurance background. Strong Excel experience: Pivot tables, V lookup, Forumulas, Pie charts, Dropboxes. Responsibilities: • Ability to manage and update monthly reports. • Assist with enrollment process including tracking and termination of services of non-renewed policyholders. • Create/Maintain preferred vendor reporting process. • Responds to Underwriting and Risk Solutions questions and problem resolution. • Responds to various inquiries from both internal and external parties. • Manage special projects as assigned. • May act as backup support for Innovation Analyst. Skills/Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of related Administrative and project coordination experience • High school degree required. College Degree preferred but not required. • Advanced computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives. • Effective interpersonal, written, and communication skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships. • Ability to organize and prioritize. • Easily adapts to new, different, or changing situations, requirements, or priorities. • Possesses a high level of integrity and professionalism. • Accurate, detail oriented and organized individual who can maintain a high level of quality.
