Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise Reporting & Analytics to ensure the organization has the reporting and insights needed to measure performance effectively. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive the adoption of self-service analytics and deliver scalable data products that align with strategic goals. Responsibilities • Evaluate new reporting and analytics requests, translate them into functional user stories, and prioritize them for the engineering team. • Prioritize user stories to ensure the development team delivers business value as early as possible. • Collaborate with reporting teams to align data sets with reporting needs. • Define requirements for new initiatives by creating detailed Jira user stories. • Ensure critical business initiatives have clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess success. • Confirm that new data is properly documented and supported by strong data quality controls. • Partner with Data & Insights product leads to shape both short-term and long-term product roadmaps. • Serve as a subject matter expert on clickstream and marketing data, enabling teams to effectively leverage these datasets. • Educate product and business partners on measurement best practices. • Drive continuous improvements in business measurement, including enhancing analytics through AI. • Contribute to the development of processes, templates, and tools to enable consistent, effective project delivery. Skills • Proven track record of delivering measurable, high-impact products and projects. • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical partners • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and drive issue resolution. • Solid understanding of ETL processes, SQL-based data warehouses, and hands-on experience with Databricks or comparable cloud data platforms. • 5+ years of experience leading data-driven initiatives involving reporting and/or analytics. • 7+ years in B2C technical product development roles focused on data initiatives. • Deep understanding of information flows and database structures required to support reporting. • SQL proficiency with recent, practical experience. • Demonstrated familiarity with GenAI tools, including real-world use case examples. • Experience working with online clickstream data and CRM datasets. • Skilled in creating reports and dashboards, preferably using Tableau and ThoughtSpot. • Ability to conceptualize solutions based on gathered requirements. • Skilled in writing clear and actionable requirements using Jira user stories. • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, business needs, and diverse teams. • Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. • Self-sufficient • 3+ years of experience working within agile sprint cycles and release processes. • Proficient with Jira and agile methodologies. • Experience with metadata tools such as Collibra and implementing data governance practices is highly preferred.
