We are seeking a Manager of Recruiting to become a part of team! You will be responsible for hiring and training a recruiting team as well as managing recruiting activities for a variety of clients. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to join and build our dynamic team to source, screen, and place top talent for various openings. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure seamless recruitment. This position is critical in helping us deliver qualified candidates for positions, ranging from contract, perm, contract to hire and RPO clients. Key Responsibilities: · Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for job openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates. · Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for roles, including job boards, social media, networking events. · Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations. · Pipeline Development: Maintain and develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. · Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and ensure smooth and professional hiring process. · Market intelligence: Stay up to date with the hiring trends, compensation structures, and talent acquisition strategies. · Experience: minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience · Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools is a plus. must be strong on standard business tools -Microsoft office or google. · Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
