Full Description

THE COMPANY We’re rapidly growing and looking for driven and customer-obsessed professionals to help our team revolutionize the career-services industry. Career.io is dedicated to creating a better landscape for job seekers everywhere. Through our community of career experts and data insights, our brands — TopResume, TopCV, and TopInterview — empower professionals to take control of their careers, tell the best version of their career stories, and reach their full potential. We’re committed to helping job seekers write the next chapter of their careers and we want to help write yours, too! We hire for growth and longevity because we value the happiness and well-being of our employees. THE ROLE We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our affiliate channel through the Impact platform. This person will be responsible for scaling our affiliate and partner ecosystem to drive high-quality traffic and subscriber growth for our B2C subscription business. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, from partner recruitment and relationship management to performance optimization and reporting. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role. THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management (via Impact): Manage the affiliate program end-to-end using the Impact platform: partner onboarding, offer creation, tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Source and recruit new affiliate partners, including content publishers, influencers, deal sites, review blogs, and niche communities. Maintain and optimize the Impact platform to ensure tracking accuracy, proper link attribution, and clean reporting. Partner Growth & Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with top-performing affiliates and strategic partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate inquiries, offer negotiations, and escalations. Provide partners with timely creative assets, promotions, and updates on product features and audience insights. Performance & Campaign Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance daily to ensure ROI-positive campaigns. Identify and test new offers, creatives, landing pages, and incentives to improve conversions and LTV. Analyze data to uncover trends and implement optimization strategies. Compliance & Brand Alignment: Ensure all affiliates comply with brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and ethical marketing practices. Regularly audit partner content and promotional methods to maintain brand integrity. Collaboration: Work closely with paid media, SEO, creative, and analytics teams to align messaging and performance goals. Contribute affiliate insights to broader marketing strategies and campaign planning. THE MUST-HAVES 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally for a B2C subscription product. Hands-on experience using the Impact platform — strong understanding of its capabilities, reporting, and partner discovery tools. Proven success in growing affiliate programs and managing partnerships across content, cashback, influencer, and loyalty channels. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills. Authorization to work for any US employer. THE NICE-TO-HAVES Background in career services, education tech, or consumer subscription services. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and funnel marketing. Experience working with influencer/creator partners as part of the affiliate program. At Career.io, we believe that diversity in thought and cultural background leads to better teams and stronger companies. We seek talented, qualified employees, regardless of race, color, sex/gender (including pregnancy, gender identity, and gender expression), national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, citizen status, veteran status, or any other protected classification under country or local law. Career.io is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Come join our team. Together, we’ll help others tell their career stories and land their dream jobs.
