Full Description

• 6-month Contract to Hire • Onsite in McKinney, TX to start but will shift to hybrid schedule after initial training period. We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile excellence across development teams. This is a high-visibility role focused on enabling engineers and developers to deliver high-quality software through agile best practices. What You’ll Do: • Coach and mentor teams on agile methodologies and frameworks • Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and transparent team culture • Track sprint progress and ensure alignment with agile workflows • Recommend improvements and help teams adopt agile best practices • Manage and prioritize tasks using JIRA What You’ll Bring: • A blend of Project Management and Scrum Master experience • Deep familiarity with the JIRA platform • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Team-first mindset with adaptability and a proactive approach • Sharp attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement
