Job Title: Presentation Specialist (2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts) Shifts to Staff: • Weekdays: 2nd and 3rd shift • Weekends: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Location: New York, NY 10055 – Remote Employment Type: 24+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or Sponsorship Available) Overview: Talent Groups is seeking experienced Presentation Specialists to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment within the financial services industry. These remote roles support weekday evening and overnight shifts, as well as all weekend shifts. Ideal candidates will bring strong financial presentation experience from an investment banking environment and the ability to deliver polished, client-ready materials under tight deadlines. Responsibilities: • Create, edit, and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations in accordance with brand and client standards • Produce, update, and troubleshoot charts using PowerPoint and Excel (no custom automation required) • Partner with internal clients to clarify requests, manage expectations, and proactively resolve issues • Assess project scope and complexity to estimate turnaround times and prioritize work effectively • Deliver professional, responsive customer service via phone and email • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Microsoft Office files • Enhance presentations using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Address complex or unique presentation requests with creative, on-brand solutions Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 5 years supporting PowerPoint financial presentations within an investment banking environment • Presentation Center Experience: Prior experience working in a high-volume presentation center strongly preferred • PowerPoint Expertise: Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong Excel charting knowledge and basic formula experience • Technical Skills: Exposure to MapInfo, OCR software, and FactSet is a plus • Client Service Mindset: Strong communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach • Design Acumen: Financial services design experience is highly desirable Talent Groups is an equal opportunity employer.
