Regional Vice President – Growth & Operations (Property Services) We’re not just opening offices... we’re building markets. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Regional Vice President who wants to build something from the ground up and own the results. If you thrive in greenfield expansion, revenue generation, and scaling multi-location operations, this role is built for you. You’ll lead the launch and growth of 6–10 service locations across a multi-state region, with full P&L responsibility and compensation tied directly to performance. This role blends strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and commercial sophistication, ideal for a player-coach who thinks and acts like an owner. This is a remote-based leadership role with significant regional travel. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to the Southeast Atlantic region, with primary markets across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The role requires up to 75% travel throughout the region to support market launches, operational execution, and relationship development. What You’ll Do • Launch and scale new markets from inception through profitability • Drive regional growth strategy, market entry, and expansion planning • Lead revenue generation efforts and shape regional go-to-market strategy • Build, coach, and lead Business Development and Operations teams • Personally cultivate relationships with key referral partners • Own full P&L for the region, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management • Ensure operational excellence, safety, and consistent customer experience across locations • Act as a regional brand ambassador at industry events and partner meetings What We’re Looking For • 8–15 years of senior leadership experience in restoration, construction, or adjacent property services (HVAC, pest control, waterproofing, facilities services, emergency services) • Proven success launching and scaling multi-site, multi-market operations • Strong commercial and revenue-generation mindset, not just operational execution • Experience building and executing referral-driven go-to-market strategies • Advanced financial acumen with full P&L ownership • Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally • Willingness to travel up to ~75% regionally You’ll Thrive Here If You • Think like an owner and take accountability for outcomes • Are energized by greenfield growth and market-building challenges • Bring sophistication to strategy, revenue, and market development conversations • Enjoy leading from the front while building strong teams behind you • Want compensation directly tied to the value you create Why This Role Stands Out This is not a maintenance role.
