Regional Vice President – Growth & Operations (Property Services) We’re not just opening offices... we’re building markets. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Regional Vice President who wants to build something from the ground up and own the results. If you thrive in greenfield expansion, revenue generation, and scaling multi-location operations, this role is built for you. You’ll lead the launch and growth of 6–10 service locations across a multi-state region, with full P&L responsibility and compensation tied directly to performance. This role blends strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and commercial sophistication, ideal for a player-coach who thinks and acts like an owner. This is a remote-based leadership role with significant regional travel. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to the Southeast Atlantic region, with primary markets across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The role requires up to 75% travel throughout the region to support market launches, operational execution, and relationship development.
