Director of Operations – Investment Sales Team Location: Wall Street Area, New York, NY (Onsite) We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Director of Operations to support and scale one of the top-performing real estate investment sales teams in the New York City market. Based on site in the Wall Street area, this individual will play a key leadership role—managing internal operations, guiding a team of brokers and staff, and overseeing high-value real estate transactions, primarily within the multifamily and development land sectors. The ideal candidate is an operational leader with experience in real estate brokerage or investment sales, strong attention to process improvement, and the ability to manage CRM systems and team performance in a fast-paced, high-output environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of a top-producing investment sales team, ensuring streamlined execution across active listings, marketing, and internal workflows. • Lead the implementation and optimization of CRM systems to improve team efficiency, reporting, and visibility into the pipeline. • Partner with senior brokers on deal strategy, client relationships, and valuation of new opportunities. • Mentor junior brokers and staff, assisting with development, deal support, and client engagement. • Coordinate across all stages of the sales cycle—from underwriting and due diligence to marketing and closing. • Stay current on New York City submarket trends, zoning regulations, and valuation metrics relevant to multifamily and land assets. • Support clients navigating 1031 exchanges by leveraging knowledge across asset types (including net lease and industrial). Tools & Software Used • Google Drive – for shared documents, collaboration, and workflow tracking • Prexy – for creation of professional offering memoranda and marketing materials • Bluenet – for property and transaction management • PropertyBase – CRM system for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting What We're Looking For • 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations, brokerage management, or investment sales • Strong grasp of transaction lifecycles and brokerage support functions • Proven ability to implement and manage CRM platforms (PropertyBase or similar) • Expertise in multifamily and/or land underwriting in urban markets • Detail-oriented leader with strong communication, organizational, and team development skills • Comfortable working onsite in a brokerage-style office environment in the Wall Street area Compensation & Benefits • Negotiable for the right candidate, approx. $130,000/yr - $155,000/yr • Medical Provided through United Healthcare (Medical) and MetLife (Dental & Vision) • 401k, PTO,& All major holidays off Apply today to learn more!
