Electrical Project Manager – Commercial Construction Location: DC / Baltimore Area We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing electrical contractor supporting large commercial projects throughout the DC and Baltimore markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. Experience supporting data center and mission-critical environments is a strong plus. Responsibilities: • Manage large-scale commercial electrical projects from award through completion • Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement • Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field leadership • Review contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards • Support project forecasting, cost reporting, and risk management • Provide leadership and direction to project teams and field staff Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager for an electrical contractor • Proven experience running large commercial electrical projects • Data center and/or mission-critical project experience is a plus • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and project controls • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent communication and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary and bonus potential • Comprehensive benefits package • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (if applicable) • Long-term growth opportunity with a stable contractor If you’re an electrical project manager looking for a long-term opportunity in the DC/Baltimore area with strong project work and growth potential, we’d like to connect.
