Our Solutions team is seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist to support an enterprise Salesforce organziation for a global media company.This role serves as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support across sales and sales operations teams. This role ensures optimal use of the Salesforce platform by providing high-quality technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user guidance. Responsibilities include managing support requests, maintaining data integrity, creating documentation and training materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes. The specialist also supports reporting, system configuration, and user adoption efforts, while proactively identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies. We have a direct connection with our stakeholder and are setting up interviews immediately. This resource must be comfortable with contract to hire and interested in accepting a full time role. They can sit 100% remote and comfortable working across global time zones (4 off shore developer resources on the team). Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce support, troubleshooting, and user guidance. • Manage and resolve support requests, ensuring efficient use of Salesforce across sales and operations teams. • Maintain data integrity and support system enhancements within the Salesforce platform. • Collaborate with IT and functional teams to address issues and optimize sales processes. • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases. • Assist with Salesforce administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. • Support reporting needs by creating and updating Salesforce dashboards and performance metrics. • Provide user training and promote adoption of Salesforce features and best practices. • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies within support processes. • Ensure user satisfaction through proactive engagement and detailed support solutions. Required Skills • 2+ year experience in sales support, administration, or customer-facing roles. • Proficiency with Salesforce (end user or admin) and familiarity with sales processes. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization. • Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable to change. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, understand business needs, and deliver clear, actionable solutions. • Experience with sales engagement tools and contract management systems is a plus. Additional Details The base salary range for this contract position is $75,000 - 95,000 /per year, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
