Our client is a global leader in enterprise digital solutions and tech-driven platforms. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and modernize core capabilities within their mission-critical platform. In this hands-on role, you will leverage continuous discovery to transform key platform workflows powering digital experiences globally. Job Title: Product Manager Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 base + 15% target bonus Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite) Core Responsibilities & Qualifications • 4+ years of PM experience with direct ownership over a defined product capability or feature set. • Demonstrated discovery skills - running interviews and usability sessions to validate problems before building. • Proven experience partnering with engineering and design in an iterative delivery model. • Strong data fluency - comfortable defining metrics, tracking instrumentation, and analyzing behavioral data. • Clear, structured written communication and outcome-driven product experience. • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools in daily product workflows. • Background in enterprise content systems, workflow automation, or SaaS tools. • Experience in digital media, SaaS, or high-volume content environments. • Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG), internationalization, or broader ML/AI applications.
