5+ years in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Ad platforms, Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau, and campaign management.
Our client is a conglomerate of 5+ brands that operate reproductive health businesses. They provide services across egg donation, surrogacy, and financing for reproductive health. This organization is one of the largest surrogate parenting agencies in the world, having served thousands of families for decades. They are looking for a Senior Analyst, Senior Marketing Analytics Lead, to optimize paid media Campaigns and lead funds. Job Title: Senior Marketing Analytics Lead Location: 100% Remote: Ability to work EST hours Required Technology And Skills • 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, with experience across B2B • Advanced knowledge with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Ad platform • 60-70% tagging and tracking and 30-40% on reporting and analytics • Designing lending pages and assets internally - will be doing tracking and setting up UTM parameters • Strong understanding of campaign management for paid media • Demonstrated experience leading the full funnel process and acting as a liaison between agencies and developers (Looking at data on both ends) • Experience working with Salesforce and/or CRM platforms • Experience building reports & data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • A/B Testing for funneling • Ability to pull & query data is a plus Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 + Benefits + Paid Time Off/Holidays If interested, please apply for immediate consideration or reach out to James Eppich for more information: jeppich@talener.com
