Talen Energy is seeking a motivated IT Project Manager intern to playan important roleinsupporting the project team with theimplementation of our ETRM system. TheIT Project Manager Internwill supporttheBusiness Relations – Commercial Riskin planning, coordinating, andtrackingcompletion. This internship provides hands-on experience in project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to real-world project management processes. What will you own? Assist ProjectLeadershipin tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Support preparation of project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and status updates. Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial,Risk, Accounting) to gather information and coordinate project tasks. Participate in project meetings and document key takeaways and action items. Assistinmaintainingproject tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools. Support communication withbusiness and vendors as directed. Contribute to process improvement initiatives andassistinidentifyingefficiency opportunities. Complete ad-hoc assignments andprojectsassigned by the ProjectLeadership. Required Skills : Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Demonstrated initiative, responsiveness, and willingness to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Why Talen Energy?
