Talaria Transportation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support across both departments. This dual-role position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially. Key Responsibilities: • HR Support: Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, assist with offer letters and onboarding, conduct new hire orientations, maintain employee records, support payroll and benefits administration. • Compliance Support: Track license renewals, manage annual reports, coordinate Secretary of State filings, maintain compliance records, manage insurance claims, distribute and track internal audit reports. • Cross Departmental Support: Maintain and organize both digital and physical HR & compliance files. Manage calendars, deadlines, and department-specific administrative tasks. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and document management across HR and Compliance. Qualifications: • Associate’s degree or equivalent certificate. • Prior remote work experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets; Monday.com experience a plus. • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
