We are led by a Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) who defines the long-term strategy, innovation roadmap, and differentiation vision. We now seek a co-founder partner to operationalize and scale our revenue generation engine across MSP, SaaS-aligned services, and consulting offerings. Position Overview As Co-Founder / President (Revenue & Growth), you will build and lead the company’s go-to-market engine end-to-end — turning vision into structured revenue results and scalable growth. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, reporting directly to the CVO and working collaboratively with cross-functional leaders. This role requires Arizona residency and local engagement; remote/nomadic arrangements will not be considered. Core Responsibilities • Build and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned to Tailwind’s offerings and market opportunity. • Own go-to-market operations — sales, marketing alignment, partnerships, pricing, and forecasting. • Design and scale sales infrastructure (playbooks, pipeline, forecasting, CRM discipline). • Lead partner development — vendor alliances, channel relationships, referral networks. • Drive new client acquisition and partner with customer success to maximize retention and expansion. • Recruit and mentor high-performing revenue teams. Required Experience • Proven revenue leadership in MSP, SaaS, consulting, or technology services. • Track record building scalable revenue operations and predictable pipelines. • Executive-level experience with sales, marketing, or business development leadership. • Experience with subscription, recurring revenue, or professional services business models. • Extensive network with technology leaders, channel partners, and enterprise prospects. Networking must be demonstrable (introduced relationships or closed partnerships). • Startup, scale-up, or founder mindset; comfortable with autonomy, iteration, and accountability. • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data-driven decision making. • Use of AI tools and resources Equity & Compensation Structure • Founder equity stake with vesting tied to performance and milestones. • Base salary introduced upon achieving defined revenue goals (e.g., $XM ARR). • Additional performance-based incentives may apply over time. This is an equity-first, founder-aligned opportunity designed to reward long-term success. 90-Day Success Plan (Expectations) First 30 Days • Deep dive into current market positioning, offerings, customer data, and pipeline. • Evaluate existing sales/marketing process and tools. • Establish initial OKRs with the CVO — focusing on lead generation and forecast clarity. 30–60 Days • Build or refine a scalable sales playbook. • Implement KPI dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy. • Initiate partner outreach and begin conversations with key ecosystem leaders. 60–90 Days • Present first predictable revenue forecast (new client revenue + service expansion). • Close first set of qualified pipeline opportunities. • Define hiring plan for revenue team (SDRs/AEs/BDRs).
