About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will provide full life-cycle recruiting services on an ongoing basis. The Talent Partner in this position will wear many hats as they coordinate the needs of hiring managers across their region. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities • Lead end-to-end recruiting for store management positions. • Partner with Field Leadership and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, ideal candidate profile, and market dynamics to develop an effective recruitment strategy. • Become a subject matter expert on in-market industry trends, talent acquisition tools and technologies, and recruitment strategies. Leverage this to train and coach field partners. • Provide a legendary candidate experience from first point of contact through start of employment. • Maintain needed requisitions and provide relevant, insightful reporting to hiring managers. • Participate actively in Talent Acquisition, HR, and field meetings. • Uphold Tailored Brands’ commitment to diversity and inclusion. Maintain equitable recruitment practices and establish a talent pipeline which is representative of all cultures and backgrounds. • Manage changes to recruitment processes and needs with flexibility and agility. • Plan and/or support in-market hiring events. • Travel 25% of the time for market visits, zone meetings, recruitment training, and hiring events. Skills & Experience • 3-7 years minimum of end-to-end recruitment experience. Retail industry preferred. • Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with business partners and candidates. • Skilled with job boards, social media, Microsoft suite, Taleo, etc. • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. • Willing to adopt and champion the vision of the organization. • Comfortable and agile in the face of change or ambiguity. • Ability to travel for recruitment purposes and maintain a flexible work schedule from a remote location in Boston Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $117,000. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
