Full Description

Title: Supply Chain Analyst IV Location: 100% Remote; only PST Duration: 6 Months (possibility for extension based on performance and business needs) Pay: $60-66/hr on W2 Summary: We are seeking a Global Returns Analyst to support our retail channel operations team in the AR/VR industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise-level supply chain functions and a strong background in returns management. Responsibilities: • Processing RMAs and analyzing driving factors for returns • Partnering with service centers to resolve return-related issues • Resolving discrepancies via Jira cases with service centers • Validating returns and ensuring data accuracy • Filing disputes for all retail customers through their portals and processes • Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements • Leveraging AI tools to streamline returns workflows and reporting Required Qualifications: • 6-8 years of experience in RMA processing and returns analysis • Bachelor's degree in applicable field that aligns with a supply chain analyst • Experience using ERP systems, ideally Oracle • Background in consumer electronics retail operations • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes of returns • Experience with process automation and workflow optimization • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools • Proficiency in Jira or similar case management systems • Retail compliance and dispute resolution Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
