This role sits at the center of multiple teamsMarketing, Product, Data Science, Policy, Communicationsand requires someone who can lead complex projects, build strong relationships, and navigate fast-moving environments with little direction.Youll translate product features into clear, compelling proof points that support our broader company story. While the role isnt technical, youll need to understand how our products work and be comfortable digging into the details. You should be highly data-driven, able to make decisions from both quantitative insights and qualitative feedback, and skilled at creating alignment across teams.Key Responsibilities: Build and execute testing plans for outbound campaigns targeting policy audiences. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, high-quality marketing initiatives. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Insights, Data Science, Policy, and Communications. Turn complex product capabilities into clear, persuasive messaging aligned with company narratives. Use data and audience insights to shape positioning, strategy, and decision-making. Synthesize feedback (qualitative quantitative) to build alignment and move projects forward. Operate independently, making progress in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Key Qualifications: 7 years in product marketing, ideally within a large and/or technical organization. Ability to develop messaging, creative concepts, and campaign assets. Strategic thinker who uses insights and data to inform decisions. Ability to build strong working relationships. Strong outbound marketing experience. Proven experience leading complex, cross-company initiatives and partnering with senior leaders. Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. Excellent project management and ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Experience in public affairs or policy-focused marketing is a plus. Bachelors degree required.
