Full Description

Credit Quality Analyst Work Locations: Charlotte, NC (Preferred): $30.23/hour paid weekly Plano, TX: $32.04/hour paid weekly Start Date: ASAP (pending successful onboarding) Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days on-site (Tuesday–Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday & Friday) Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Contract Duration: 5-month initial contract, with potential for extension or full-time conversion based on performance, attendance, and business needs Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Position Summary This role supports loan booking and closing activities within the Loan IQ system of record for the Syndicated & Corporate Lending Credit Fulfillment Team. Responsibilities include: • Reviewing credit agreements to determine pricing, contract terms, requirements, and related details. • Entering and validating data in Loan IQ. • Coordinating with deal teams to collect documentation, answer questions, confirm requirements, and prepare for engagements. • Occasionally engaging with Agent Banks (no direct client interaction). Required Skills • LoanIQ Expertise: Proficiency in Loan IQ or similar loan management systems. Ability to thoroughly review and validate loan documents for accuracy and compliance. • Education/Experience: Degree or professional background in banking and/or finance. • Problem-Solving: Skill in identifying and resolving documentation issues or discrepancies. • Software Proficiency: Experience with loan management systems and financial tools. • Risk Management: Understanding of risk identification and mitigation in corporate lending. Desired Skills • Knowledge of loan syndication processes • Understanding of syndicated and corporate loan documentation • Credit analysis capabilities • Financial credit experience • Strong problem-solving abilities
