About The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join the Tailored Brands Visual Merchandising team as the Manager, Zone Visual West. This role partners directly with the Zone Vice President and plays a key role in shaping, influencing, and implementing visual merchandising strategies that support brand consistency, customer experience, and business growth. The Manager, Zone Visual West (ZVM) leads a team of Regional and Senior Regional Visual Managers, providing direct leadership, development, coaching, and alignment to ensure strong execution and accountability throughout the field. In addition to leading their team, this person also acts as the primary visual merchandising contact and provides hands-on support and direct partnership with field leadership to drive performance and consistency at the store level. This is a remote role and reports to the Senior Director of Field Visual Merchandising. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities • Work cross-functionally with ZVPs to pilot new initiatives and identify opportunities to innovate and improve operational excellence within zones. • Conducts and participates in store visits focusing on presentation standards, brand integrity, identifying business opportunities and people development. • Develops creative merchandising solutions using brand filters to drive sales and margin within districts. • Demonstrates leadership, collaboration and influence among District Managers, Regional Managers, the Zone Vice President, and members of the greater Field Visual Merchandising team to drive business strategy forward. • Builds strong partnership with District Managers, Regional Managers, and the Zone Vice President to drive brand strategy. • Drives brand loyalty by ensuring exceptional customer experience through well-merchandised and visually compelling stores that meet brand visual merchandising strategy throughout their portfolio of stores. • Ensures Zone, Regional, District, and Store teams understand the brand vision and initiatives. • Coordinates and conducts visual merchandising workshops in partnership with DMs, RDs, and the ZVP. • Additional duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience • 8+ years of Visual Merchandising experience, specifically in high volume retail stores with a proven record of strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to creatively drive the business. • 8+ year’s multi-unit or high-volume retail business leadership, with proven experience leading and developing high-performing field teams. • Skilled in strategic planning with a focus on maximizing visual impact, profitability, and executional consistency across a large and diverse portfolio of stores, understanding of how effective visual strategies and standards drive the overall customer experience. • Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others to achieve consistent execution and visual excellence, through setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strategically prioritize work to meet established deadlines. • Ability to actively learn and apply learnings into decisions and behaviors. • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily. • Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally. • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates. • Flexible to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business. • This position requires 75 % travel throughout across North America, overnight travel as required. • Candidate should reside in San Francisco Bay Area or Southern California metropolitan area near a major airport. Other compensation may include a 12% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid according to policy. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
