As a rapidly scaling AI/ML technology company, we are looking to expand our team. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a rapidly growing, high-performing team delivering cutting-edge AI capabilities to aviation and defense customers. You’ll orchestrate the delivery of mission-critical solutions by aligning engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders, ensuring programs achieve meaningful impact. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile customers on critical missions, where speed, precision, and reliability matter most. What You’ll Do • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI/ML programs in aviation and defense • Serve as the trusted connector between engineering teams, operators, and customer partners • Translate business and technical needs into actionable project plans and milestones • Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep programs on target • Drive clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders • Prepare executive-level updates, reports, and presentations that highlight progress and impact • Build a culture of agility, accountability, and delivery excellence across programs What We’re Looking For • 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in aviation or aviation logistics • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder efforts • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; significant customer-facing experience • Business and/or technology background preferred, with technical literacy in AI/ML, engineering, or aviation systems • Experience with agile or hybrid project management frameworks • Analytical rigor, sound decision-making, and flexibility in complex, dynamic environments • Able and willing to travel extensively • Commitment to accountability, speed, and operational excellence Salary The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $160,000 annually.
