Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing agency. In this role, you will support our clients with policy servicing, coverage questions, renewals, and underwriting requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in personal lines products, and able to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: • Service and manage existing Personal Lines accounts • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations • Assist clients with billing questions, coverage inquiries, and claims guidance • Review new and renewal business for accuracy and completeness • Communicate with carriers to ensure proper underwriting and documentation Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience • Active Property & Casualty license • Strong knowledge of home, auto, and specialty lines • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) We Offer: • Competitive pay and benefits • Supportive, team-focused work environment Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
