Job Summary: A key role that involves coordinating fuel orders, providing exceptional customer service, and managing relationships with counterparties. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate fuel orders to ensure best sourced and on-time delivery • Provide a high level of customer service via phone or electronic communication, maintaining a helpful and pleasant demeanor • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, carriers, third-party logistics, and suppliers • Monitor select customer inventory and schedule deliveries according to strategy (just in time, keep fill, market-driven, etc.) • Resolve retained loads with Sales team support quickly and efficiently • Generate daily supply and demand reports for regions requiring additional oversight • Follow up with carriers when deliveries appear to be approaching the end of the delivery window without loading Competencies: • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to work well with team members and other departments • Capable of managing multiple email inboxes for quick responses • Understanding of the organizational chart to direct calls and inquiries Schedule Flexibility: The Supply & Logistics Coordinator position requires flexibility with workdays and hours Qualifications: • Preferred qualifications include detail orientation, advanced critical thinking, expert-level communication and customer service skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, multi-tasking ability, and problem-solving expertise Motivations: • Preferred motivations include growth opportunities, goal completion, and the ability to make an impact
