You can work on building relationships with venues, other promoters, guests, or a mix of any of them. You can work whenever or from wherever you'd like! Company Description Tableful is a decentralized promotion network and a web app that revolutionizes event & nightlife experiences based out of Los Angeles, CA. From table service management to integrated payment portals, Tableful allows guests to join tables at a per-person cost, offering a VIP experience to a broader audience. Hosts (venues, event organizers, table hosts, and guests) and sales promoters benefit from seamless event and table service management, increased sales, better customer experiences, can reach a larger audience, message with guests in the app, track their progress, etc. Role Description This is a role for an Sales Account Manager Intern/Contractor at Tableful, who will be responsible for a combination of finding and onboarding new hosts, managing their page, promoting events, managing guest experiences, facilitating table service, and driving sales. This role requires active engagement with hosts (guests, venues, and promoters) to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Promoter duties and responsibilities: • you won't have to do all of these, but the ones that you think are most effective for you • Connect with new hosts (venues/organizers/promoters) and arrange sales calls to offer them Tableful's services • Connect with potential guests and partners however you best can in person or through digital/social media • Build your campaigns and sales strategies while relying on Tableful for your network and infrastructure • Provide all the needed information on Tableful's products and services • Assist customers in finding the suitable product/service they are looking for • Provide advice and guidance on service and event selection to customers • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options and invite them to upcoming events • Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer • Present products using interactive materials such as videos, charts, slideshows etc. • Disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc. • Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs • Submit monthly sales report to track and analyze impact on sales as a result of launched promotions Qualifications | Contractors & Interns • you don't need to have all these to apply- they're just suggestions • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills • Sales and Marketing experience • Ability to provide Training and Support to guests, venues, and promoters • Proficiency in event promotion and management • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Knowledge of the nightlife industry in Los Angeles, CA (or elsewhere) • Experience in working with tech platforms and apps • Previous working experience as a Promoter • Proven track record of successful promotions • Customer oriented approach • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking • Attention to details Payment • Promoter Commission: Contractor shall earn 80% of the promoter share (typically 10% of the purchase cost) for all sales generated using their promo code, whether full tables, seats, tickets, or guest list RSVPs. • Account Management Commission: If Contractor manages accounts on behalf of Tableful, they shall earn a 5% commission on profits from that host's sales. • New Account Commission: Contractor shall earn a 5% commission on profits from any new Host accounts they add to the Tableful network, until they receive a total of $1,000-$10,000 from that account. These Host accounts can be for Venues, Promotions (event organizers), and Promoters (table hosts).
